Which products and services does DHL Parcel offer in Austria?
As a business customer, how can I prepare my parcels for shipping, i.e. buy and print postage?
Business customers with a contract have automatic access to our DHL Business Portal, which allows you to process and manage your shipping orders quickly and easily. Please contact your sales advisor for details on how to log in. If you only send a few parcels a year, consider using the DHL Online Franking tool to buy and print parcel stamps - it's as easy as it is convenient.
What options are there for having my parcels picked up?
Business customers with a contract have automatic access to our DHL Business Portal, which allows you to book pick-up requests. To obtain log-in details, please contact your sales advisor. Alternatively, you can give the parcels to your delivery person or drop them off at a DHL Parcelshop.
Where can I view the proof of delivery / signature of the recipient?
This option is only available in the online shipment tracking system for business customers with a contract. Please contact your sales advisor for details on how to log in.
What options does my receiving customer have for returning a parcel?
As a business customer, DHL provides you with two returns solutions. Returns can be made using a pre-printed label, which can be included in the outward parcel, or through online returns (Onlineretoure), which allows for the online printing of returns shipping labels - these labels are generated either by Customer Services or by the customer on your website.
